Find the rest you’re looking for.

Rest is absolutely crucial for maintaining a harmonious and well-rounded existence. It plays a pivotal role in establishing healthy boundaries, fostering personal growth, and preventing burnout. Additionally, rest serves as a powerful catalyst for enhancing mental clarity and overall cognitive function.

I am committed to helping people find and maintain a sense of balance by creating a relaxing environment and teaching valuable techniques that promote peace and rejuvenation.

Experience the growth you long for.

My approach to therapy encompasses a spectrum of techniques and modalities designed to foster a deep connection with my clients. By building rapport through hearing their unique stories, I lay the groundwork for skill-building and growth. Therapeutic methods include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, biblical-based counseling, as well as positive psychology and more.

I offer Christ-centered counseling. With that, I also work with clients who do not want faith or religion in their therapeutic journey. I respect clients’ choice, whatever that might be. My approach simply aims to validate clients, teach coping strategies, and support their overall well-being.

“Rebecca taught me so much about a subject I thought I was already an expert on: myself!”

FAQs

  • I charge $135 per 50-minute session.

  • Yes. While I prefer in-person sessions, I know sometimes virtual sessions work best for the client. I’d love to talk to you to find a solution that works best for you.

  • No, I take only private pay clients at this time. If your insurance company has a reimbursement program that you utilize, I’d be happy to provide you with a Super Bill.

  • In order for me to provide services to your teen (if a minor), I must have the most recent copy of the divorce decree on file stating who has the exclusive right to consent to mental health services. I also have to obtain consent from that party. In the event the decision rests on both sets of parents, consent must be obtained from both sets of parents.
